Yesterday, the new website of HC Slovan was launched bringing much information from the hockey world. Apart from most recent news, visitors will also find information about the players, the realization team, the doctors, and the history of the club, upcoming matches, or the tickets.

About the Club

HC Slovan Bratislava is a professional Slovak hockey club, eightfold champion of Slovakia that currently plays in the prestigious KHL hockey league. Home matches take place at the Ondrej Nepela Winter Arena, also known as Slovnaft Aréna, in Bratislava. The team joined the second best hockey league in the world this July which increased the interest of fans as well as the quality of the matches.

A New Website

Since Monday, fans will find the latest information about the club on a brand new intuitive website they can easily and quickly navigate around. The comfort of the visitors is also increased with the schedule of the matches in the form of a calendar via which it will be possible to buy tickets from Ticketportal. The calendar of the upcoming matches also features links to live broadcasts over huste.tv and the matches you miss will be available in the archive. 

One of the new features is the option to view current statistics about the players, clubs and the season directly from KHL.ru. Thus, the visitors of the website have neatly organized and constantly updated information.

For Slovan fans, a Fan Zone was created where they can participate in a number of competitions and win great prizes. A link to social networks is a matter of course. In the multimedia section, one can find photo galleries of the matches and other events organized by HC Slovan.

The website is available in three language versions: Slovak, English, and Russian. The convenient administration system based on the Typo3 system allows for quick and easy adjustments of information, so that they are always up to date.
