Realco.sk company follows the trends in the field of real estate sale not only in Slovakia, but in other parts of the world, too. As one of the first companies in the Slovak market, it enables its clients to present their real properties not only with photos, but also with video ads.

The start page is a shortcut to the Offer item of the main menu, which divides the contents down to sub-categories displayed in the secondary menu and then in the tertiary menu.

The title page displays the top real estate offers, including photos, locality and price of the offer. Clicking the specific items will display the details of the given real property, including extended description, photo gallery and video gallery, if available.

The website is created on the basis of the TYPO3 CMS system, which allows the client to update the website according to his/her needs on his/her own and in a simple way, without the need to handle programming skills.

The website integrates a simple search engines with preset fields as a roll out menu. The search engine is also available by clicking on the extended search option with checkboxes for additional data according to the user’s needs, thus reducing the scope of the most relevant offers.
